The first building works on the facility in Rogoźnica

27 February 2012 marks the onset of building works on the facility in Rogoźnica related to construction of the new film production plant. In the first stage, and administration and office building as well as a part of the production plant will be erected. The building works will be performed by INTEGRAL – the company that was selected in the process of services provider selection. The planned term of completion of the first stage of the construction is August 2012.

Zakład Produkcji Folii „Efekt Plus” Sp. z o.o. /EFEKT PLUS Foil Production Plant, Ltd./ was conferred one more time “Forbes’s Diamond” for taking the first place in the province of Podkarpacie in the ranking of the most dynamically developing enterprises (the ones whose value grows most quickly), in mid-size enterprises category. As the increase of our company’s value was 106.04% in the period from 2008 to 2010, Efekt Plus was deemed to be not only the leader of the Podkarpacie Region but we were also on the 7th place in Poland in the mentioned above category. Certification of the Environmental Management System

In January 2012, Zakład Produkcji Folii "Efekt Plus" Sp. z o.o. completed successfully the process of certification of the Environmental Management System that was carried out in compliance with the requirements of the ISO 14001:2004 norm by SGS - an accredited certifier.
The certificate confirms that the company takes great care of environmental issues while carrying out its business activity. The Environmental Management System is the next such system besides the ISO 9001 Environmental Management System that Efekt Plus has in place.

Investments in AEROPOLIS

„Efekt Plus” Sp. z o.o. carries our intensive works related to construction of the new film production plant in Rogoźnica, located in the Scientific and Technological Park. The whole technical and design documentation has already been collected, and soil has been replaced on the facility itself. If the weather conditions are good, the first building works should start in February.

Completion of the execution of the first stage of the project

In December 2011, "Efekt Plus" Sp. z o.o. completed the execution of the first stage of the project called: "Industrial and R&D works regarding micro stretch film in Efekt Plus Rzeszów” co-financed from the funds of the Operational Programme - Innovative Economy - Action 1.4. "Support of the special purpose projects". The aim of the project is to develop a new, innovative product in terms of chemical composition and technological solutions regarding its production.

Construction of a new film production plant

Zakład Produkcji Folii "Efekt Plus" Sp. z o.o. has started the works related to construction of the new film production plant that will be located in the AREAPOLIS Scientific and Technological Park in special Economic Zone in Rogoźnica. Land has been purchased where a modern administrative and production building of the area of approximately 10,000m2 will be erected. The building will provide space for a production hall, finished goods warehouse, office space and amenities.
In the first stage the company plans to install a production line of the capacity of 26,000 tons annually for manufacturing of a new product being stretch film of improved quality parameters. December 2012 is the planned date for putting the production line into operation and for production start-up.

R&D Laboratory

Taking care of maintaining the highest quality of its products, Zakład Produkcji Folii "Efekt Plus" Sp. z o.o. acquired a high tech strength test machinery that was added to its R&D laboratory. This modern control and measurement equipment will be used for testing physical and chemical parameters of the raw materials used for production as well as finished goods. The equipment will make it possible to test the basic parameters such as film stretchability, viscosity as well as the breaking moment and resistance to puncture. The machine of that type is the only in Poland equipment that measures stretch film parameters with such perfection and precision. Professionally equipped laboratory will guarantee that the company’s production will be maintained at high quality level and will allow for a better selection of raw materials for production, which will have a positive impact on the end product that is delivered to the client.
